Join us for a heart-centered yoga practice in preparation for the Total Solar Eclipse in Leo. This immersive experience will begin with a reflective intention-setting practice inspired by the playful and creative energy of this special New Moon in Leo. From there, the yoga practice becomes a living expression of your intention, inviting movement, embodiment and self-expression. To close the practice, we'll enjoy an extended savasana accompanied by the live handpan music of Lance Pitman, offering space to rest, integrate, and receive the magic of the moment.
